| His experience extends a decade, having conducted courses and training over 1000 participants in | ||
| private and goverment organizations such as Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Defence | ||
| Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and schools like Raffles Girls Primary and Anderson Junior | ||
| College. | ||
Elite's passion in this field is also evident in his involvement in two start-ups, being the co-founder of |
||
| Singapore Brain Development Centre (SBDC), which was recently chosen by ChannelNewsAsia (CNA) | ||
| as one of three private organizations to host the recently-held Parenting Congressin August 2008, and | ||
| LanguageLAB, a vibrant start-up, having successfully trained 200 students in brain-based learning since | ||
| its inception in June 2008. | ||
His specialty is in helping youths and adults from all walks of life by acquiring language skills through |

| brain-based, accelerated learning principles. Multiple measurables through the learning of Brain-based | ||
| Presentation, Brain-based Writing and Brain-based Reading include increase confidence in public | ||
| speaking, effective communication skills and achieving reading comprehension faster, better and easier. | ||
